1. Any NullBase Member who has been registered with us for more than 15 days is eligible to purchase a sales thread from us in order to sell their products or services in the NullBase Marketplace.
2. You may only sell ONE product or service per sales thread. If you wish to sell several different products or services you will need to purchase a separate sales thread for each of them. However if you have any products or services that are VERY closely related you maybe allowed to include them in a single sales thread however you MUST gain approval for this from @PaCyberPyrates BEFORE proceeding. You may be asked by Admin staff for proof of your product or service before your sales thread gets approved or anytime thereafter.
3. Once your sales thread has been approved, paid for and published you may NOT make any significant changes to it. This especially applies to adding any additional products or services to it without having received prior permission from @PaCyberPyrates . Anyone found breaking this rule will firstly be issued with a warning and if they do it again they will be banned permanently from NullBase.
3. Your sales thread MUST include a FULL description of your product or service, price, validity, your accepted payment methods, your guarantee and refund policies as well as any other relevant information.
5. The following products and services are NOT allowed to be sold in the Babiato Marketplace...
6. All payments for sales threads are absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE and any member instigating a chargeback against Babiato will be permanently banned from the forums. This includes, but is not limited to, if your ad is closed earlier than expiration due to violation of these rules.
7. All sellers should try to be active on NullBase at least once a day. In the event that a seller has been inactive for 4 days or longer their sales thread(s) will be locked until such time they return and request a member of Admin staff to unlock. If you know that you are going to be unavailable for a few days please let @PaCyberPyrates know.
8. Any attempt to sell anything without having purchased a sales thread for it will lead to a permanent ban from NullBase.
9. Sellers may "bump" their sales thread ONCE every 24 hours but anymore than that will result in a warning and then a ban if repeated. However replies to customer queries/comments do NOT count as a "bump" but make sure to use the multi quote function when replying to several outstanding ones at the same time.
10. The NullBase Marketplace is a feature to allow transactions between members and Babiato is not responsible for anything that happens or goes wrong once the transaction has been completed. All purchases you make from the NullBase Marketplace are at your own risk therefore you should thoroughly research the seller and their offer before purchasing and we would recommend paying using a method that you can claim your money back if something goes wrong. Crypto is allowed but using this is at your own risk. NullBase staff cannot and will not help you get your money back if you are scammed, but we will ban any scammers.
11. If you wish to offer members a Free Trial of your paid product/service then this also requires an active Marketplace Sales Thread. By extension this applies to all giveaways that offers time limited access to a paid product or service. It also applies to Freebies and Coupons section if you are offering a partial discount on your own product or service.
12. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notification and/or based on incidents or situations that occur.

- Cracked accounts such as Netflix, VPN Services, Amazon Prime etc. In addition selling shared "seats" on such services is not allowed.
- Google Products such as GSuite accounts, unlimited Google Drive accounts etc.
- Anything obtained using fraudulent or illegal methods.
